Product Description
This PowerPoint lesson is an overview of the two deadliest school shootings (to date) Columbine High School (1999) and Parkland High School (2018). This lesson includes: factual information, pictures, multimedia, in-lesson questioning, polls, a collaborative activity and a "real life" assessment where students will put themselves into a leadership roll to draft a school safety plan. This is an excellent lesson to have on hand especially for the end of the year, or for remembrance of the victims of extreme school violence.

*This lesson can also be found on nearpod for chromebook users.
