Eyewitness has wonderful movies about animal groups and I have created movie notes that students can fill out while watching the following movies: mammals, reptiles, amphibians, birds, and fish. Each set of questions are in order as they appear in the movie. There are about 15 questions for each movie along with a teacher key for each page of movie notes. These informational movies are in school and public libraries. They are a great resource to use as part of an animal unit to help students distinguish between the major animal groups. My students really enjoy the challenge of answering the questions that go along with the movies, as well as the movies themselves.
They were created by April Black.
