Product Description
Sanchez's Teaching Emporium, Figure Audience Style Topic

Use this literacy strategy as a way to encourage your students to write their own pieces of historical fiction. Each assignment can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 60 minutes, but are not intended to be used as full-blown research projects. I have created this acronym "FAST" and it stands for Figure, Audience, Style, Topic.

I am happy to update the list to cover present-day, but will wait until this piece has some interest. Thank you!

Differentiated Instruction, Creative Writing Assignments, Historical Writing, American Revolution, Westward Expansion, Civil War, Industrial Revolution, Panama Canal, Spanish-American War, Monopolies, Constitution, Freedom of Speech, World War I, Cotton Club, Stock Market, Great Depression, World War II, Atomic Weapons
