A look at the long-range causes leading to the French Revolution.
Inclluded is a hypothetical series of royal budgets to illustrate how easily the french monarchs dug themselves into debt. It could also be useful for a consumer ed. class teaching about credit card debt.
Note: This Powerpoint uses the new color scheme for the flowchart. Eventually, I plan to convert all the Powerpoints to this scheme.
In the PowerPoint, the color flowchart develops slide by slide while other notes for the students scroll down the side. There are also photos with captions mixed in to illustrate the lesson and capture students’ interest. This packet also contains a student reading, flowchart, and the author’s own research notes with lots of details and interesting trivia.
