I've been doing this for over a decade now. I finally decided to hire a camera group and record my lecture. I had them include some nifty visual effects, and diagrams, and other stuff. As you know, we teachers are not an extremely wealthy lot. So I was on a budget, but I am overall happy with the outcome. There is a slight mispelling on behalf of the film editor in one of the diagrams. This was discovered after my ordered batch was completed.
But that being overlooked, it's a very strong over view of food science, with a focus on food safety. Great for 12th, Adult, or College Students, interested in Food Science, Cooking, or the Food Industry in General. I explain a lot of the FDA required food code regulations, that will be expected, if ever food is handled in a public setting. Bacteria, Viruses, Parasites, Fungi, are all considered and spoken. I developed a unique diagram, of using a triangle wit the main subject matter or point in the middle. It's unique, and I have not seen anybody else use this system, when presenting this subject matter. I hope you enjoy my presentation.
