*Many of my followers have been waiting to download the ELA version of the checklist.
This resource is fairly comprehensive designed to help Teachers with organizing around the CCSS. I have helped several colleagues at the Elementary level adapt to the CCSS and this is the final format that worked well. I have been contacted by several users that requested an ELA version after first downloading my math version.

This particular checklist is a FULLY FILLABLE (meaning you can type directly in the document) pdf version of the checklist that can be saved. In order to aid in helping you save time, I have included two separate files. The first includes all of the pages that are included in the table of contents below as a fillable document. I also have included a separate individual student document. The individual student document allows you to save a different pdf file for each student you create the CCSS document for. This can be especially helpful as you update the progress for each student.

There are 3 Checklist sections that provide different formats for different functions:
*The first Checklist portion includes a general record section where you can record when a Standard was taught, class mastery, and a place for notes.
*The next Checklist includes space for individual student names to be added and then lists the standards and their level of mastery. This is a great checklist for a snapshot of your entire class that can be great to use for placements or a quick reminder for daily instruction.
*The last Checklist is an individual Checklist/Summary/Report. It is made for a detailed report for one student only. If you need a resource for next years placement or a resource for Parents, this may be a great time saver!!
