Product Description

Before buying, I also have a Powerpoint-based super bundle here: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/My-World-Known-Instant-Activity-Fitness-Warm-Up-Powerpoint-Bundle-5051319

This is a very simple activity for students as a whole class fitness warm-up or instant activity or part of stations/centers. Great for PE in the classroom, and even good for classroom teachers too for brain breaks, indoor recess, etc. This is similar to doing Rock Paper Scissors, but they say "Fee Fi Fo Fingers" and stick out 1-10 fingers using 2 hands. They then figure out if their answer is < = or > than partner’s. The result determines which exercise they do (For example, if one holds out 8 fingers, the other 3, then the student with 8 is > 3, the student with 3 is < 8. One student does the > exercises, the other does the <. If they tie, they would both choose from the = exercises. Then they perform as many reps of that exercise based on the orange number. Once they are done with the exercises, you determine if they get a new or same partner and repeat until you stop the activity. A very engaging way to practice fitness skills. It can last about 10 minutes as a separate activity. Meant to be displayed on ipads/chromebooks, or use a TV/smartboard or projector for large display.

This is a PowerPoint version of my original paper one, which allows for animated GIFs to be used so students can see each exercise in motion.

You get:

  1. Title page
  2. Activity page
  3. Page of 8 extra animated GIFs to exchange
