We are using the OLYMPICS as a lever to get our children to consider their fitness levels- both for mind and for body.
We are discussing how athletes in the Olympics have to train and be focused and very fit. Our students are asked to look at their diets, fitness activities and to also examine their schedules to ensure they have time for mindfulness, yoga, relaxation etc.
The plan is deliberately unlined so children can draw as well as write.
The children will share these plans with parents and we hope these will lead to FAMILY fitness plans!
