P.E. class is a great opportunity for kids to learn about making healthy decisions, staying fit and taking care of their bodies. However, teaching the technical details to young elementary students may feel like a daunting task for new physical educators.
I totally understand how challenging this could be. That’s why I designed this poster using the F.I.T.T. principle (Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type) to help you help them reach their health and fitness goals.
It explains some of the more technical aspects to achieving this, but in a fun child-friendly language that is easy to follow.
Hang it up on the classroom bulletin board or gym wall to spruce things up. Don’t forget to check out my mega poster bundle and other literacy posters to match.
