Flutophone is a great instrument for developing musical technique and music reading skills. Classroom teachers can learn right along with their class. Flutophones can be purchased on the internet for under $3.00 each. Students can learn to play all of the basic nine common notes easily without squeaking (a big problem for the recorder). The concepts can transfer to recorder later. Lesson 1 includes a sample performance song video and introduces the left hand notes. Included with each lesson are MP3 audio and MP4 video tracks.
