Allergies can be a serious and scary part of a child's life, especially when they are with an adult that they don't know. Allergy Alert cards can help alleviate that worry for the child, parent and even teacher.

Simply fill out the card with the child's allergy triggers. The cards can then be handed to a substitute teacher or carried on a field trip.

Allergy Alert cards can even be used by parents! When visiting a restaurant, the card can be handed to the waiter. This ensures that there is no miscommunication or mix-up in food.

I originally created these cards for a family member with severe food allergies. Dining out at restaurants can be extremely difficult for her. She alerts the waiter to her allergies, however, there are times when he doesn't understand or there is confusion in the kitchen. By handing him the Allergy Alert card, she takes comfort in knowing that both the waiter and the kitchen staff are aware of exactly what her allergies are. She's even had multiple restaurant owners thank her and mention that they wish more people used them. It makes it so much easier and safer for everyone involved!
