Description
This game is perfect for back-to-school! Students will love making new friends while having a barrel of laughs. The game board spaces provide basic questions that help students get acquainted, while the game cards have students doing silly tasks and having crazy conversations about "If you could...'' topics. Your students will enjoy playing this game with different classmates and testing how well they know the friends they met in a flurry of fun. You could also play this game using the hands up, pair up strategy with the cards. I like to have students with "If you could" (blue cards) pair up with "Try It" (green cards). Either way, students are highly engaged.
I highly suggest this game is played in partners for 2nd & 3rd to help build students' listening skills. :) You can start in very small groups and then mix-match students into growing groups once they get experienced with this game.
Note: All materials are included, except game pieces and dice. Each group will need a marker to move around the game board and a die. You will also need to time students when they complete their forms at the end of the game. The amount of time is up to you. See the directions for student procedures.
