This set of 8 posters can be printed full-page or shrunk down and put on a binder ring to give students a choice. When they are in a safe space, they can choose a card or two to refocus.
But you don't need to wait for students to feel out of control to use these! Try them whole-class in between transitions, or to practice ways to manage big feelings.
