Free “Hour of Code” Bookmarks for your Students!

This year’s “Hour of Code” hosted by Code.org will be December 3-9, 2018! If you have never tried this fabulous activity with your students, please visit code.org to learn more. Please note that you can host an “Hour of Code” any time of the year!

The “Hour of Code” is an opportunity to introduce your students to computer programming. These bookmarks were designed for you to print out and pass out to your class after the activity to encourage them to share what they learned with their families. Many of my students wanted to try more of the lessons on the code.org site with their parents and siblings at home.

I’ve included 12 bookmarks for library media specialists/librarians to give to their students and 12 bookmarks for general ed. or technology teachers to pass out. Some have color graphics and the rest are in ink-saving black and white.

I would appreciate if you would leave kind feedback if you like this resource and would like to see more freebies in the future!
