Description

Your students will have fun fishing for jellyfish numbers. The jellyfish cards can be used in a sensory bin, as a partner activity, or as an independent center.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Two sets of Jellyfish task cards (counting by fives to 100 and counting by tens to 100)

WHEN TO USE:

These pages can be used time (e.g., independent, small group, or whole-class instruction). They also work well for choice time, for early finishers, math centers, morning work, and as a center choice during a 100th Day celebration or ocean-themed party. They are also great to leave for a sub!

Count to 100 by ones and by tens.
Write numbers from 0 to 20. Represent a number of objects with a written numeral 0-20 (with 0 representing a count of no objects).
Count to 120, starting at any number less than 120. In this range, read and write numerals and represent a number of objects with a written numeral.
10 can be thought of as a bundle of ten ones - called a “ten.”
The numbers 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 refer to one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, or nine tens (and 0 ones).
