LGBTQIA Gay Bulletin Board Elementary Middle High School
The tide is turning from gay issues being too sensitive to discuss in schools, particularly elementary schools, to the realization that we need to incorporate diversity at every age for it to have the effect of affirming, accepting, respecting, and protecting all of our students. I’m really proud of my principal for being involved in promoting equity and worth for all of our students, and for coming around to giving the green light on a gay bulletin board! I thought I’d add a bit to it and offer it here.
Although designed for elementary school, it is easily adapted for use through high school.
Format is portrait layout. Preview is shown in landscape to give a sampling of possible bulletin board configurations.
