Looking for a new classroom management strategy? Use NOISE!
I cut these apart and laminate them. I attach magnets to the back and put them on the whiteboard. If students are too loud, I take off the E, then the S, and so on. If students get down to NO, they don't earn a sticker towards the class reward. They need 20 stickers to earn a class game day. If they lose the O, everyone owes me 1 minute after school with their heads down. If they lose the N, then five minutes.
