This freebie is a text based graphic organizer based on the picture book, "A Photographic Fantasy: First Snow in the Woods" by Carl Sams II and Jean Stoick. Students are asked to provide text based evidence and describe how the various animals in the story prepare for winter. I created this worksheet for my 4th grade class, but it can easily be used in grades 2-6.
This beautiful book won the Mom's Choice Award and is a must have for fall reading!
