Description

Need a quick Valentine's Day activity for your students to practice addition and subtraction? In this freebie, students will match the chocolates to the correct spot in the box by determining the answer to each addition or subtraction problem. Two versions included - color version makes a great math center, or a black and white version that can be used as a cut & paste activity sheet. A digital version (compatible with Google Slides) has also been added as a simple drag-and-drop activity.

Resource includes:

  • Colorful math center (1 page chocolate box with equations, plus 1 page chocolates with answers to cut out and match)
  • Black & white cut and paste (1 page chocolate box with equations, plus 1 page chocolates with answers to cut out and match - two sets per page)
  • Answer sheet for students to use to show their work and solve the problems, if desired
