Description

Purpose: Practice past tense verbs as you create a Valentine’s Day decoration. This can also be used without the hearts throughout the school year.

This product is also available for initial and final articulation sounds, regular and irregular plurals and a blank gumball machine that can be customized.

Directions
1.) Print the gumball machines on white cardstock to make it sturdier. There is a
color gumball machine for your students that have difficulty coloring large areas.
2.) Practice using the past tense verbs that are in the gumballs and then color the
picture.
3.) Cut out the gumball machine.
4.) Punch a hole in the top and add ribbon.

The black and white versions do not have hearts on them, so they can be used throughout the school year. There are hearts that can be colored, cut out and glued on as well. Valentine’s Day stickers can also be used.
