Once your student gets to the 80% or greater level of success in self-formulated sentences in the speech room, it's time to start thinking about carryover inside the classroom.
This product is for students who do not need direct instruction about how to produce a speech sound, but instead only need cues to remember to use what they already know.
I made and gave this sheet to a classroom teacher this week. The teacher can cut out a picture of the student's speech sound and put it on the student's desk, on the student's language arts or reading folder, or on a flashcard kept to the side of the teacher's table during guided reading to remind the student.
If discretion is a concern, the picture of the speech sound can be cut out and taped inside the student's desk or inside the student's folder so that only the student can see it and be reminded.
