Get your students on board with an improvement plan that fits their needs and their interests. :)
There are now three versions of the point sheet AND three versions of the rewards sheets so that you can mix and match based on what is best for you.
The first version is completed with 1/2 hour time intervals, and two goals: 1) Follow procedures and directions, and 2) work to the best of abilities. The goals sheet in version one is completely filled in with recommended rewards based on effectiveness in my own program.
The second version is completed with 1/2 hour time intervals, and two columns that have been left blank for your own goals. The goals sheet in version two is bulleted for you to fill in rewards that your student wants to earn.
The last version is blocked out but has no times written in so you can fill that in before copying... I know not everyone has a friendly schedule! Plus, the two columns that have been left blank for your own goals. The goals sheet in version three is rewarded only with computer time, which some of my students really prefer... simple, and predictable.
Of course, you can mix and match your data sheet and reward sheet to make it work for you!
