This pack focuses on the fable ‘the hare with too many friends’. It is a complete unit and the resources can be included in both the Common core and British curriculum as well as for international schools.
There are activities with children who have English as an additional language such as clear writing frames for fable creation, clear elements checklist with some grammatical reminders, interactive foldable activities. There are different groupings of flash cards. For example, the connective flash cards are a clear reminder for children to include them in their writing and they can be used for different games.
Text to text and text to self activities help the children to dig deeper into their connection with the text.
