Included in this digital flipbook is the fable itself (links to both versions: a grade-level text and a struggling readers' version), and all the essential questions/graphic organizers (specific to this particular fable) necessary for guiding students in analyzing characters and story plot, as well as determining the moral of the fable. Both a digital and PDF copy of the fable are provided so you have options as to how you want students to use the text during a close read.
