Grab your students' attention with this unique Animal Research Report. Students will research an assigned/chosen animal, creating note pages of researched facts on their animal's habitat, diet, life cycle, body parts, and other interesting facts. Then, students use their notes to write paragraphs and complete a Fact File Report.
The Fact File Report is a cross between paragraph writing, fill-in-the blank data sheets, and interactive notebook. Ultimately, there are three printable pages that will be glued onto a simple file folder.
After completion, the Fact File Report can then take on another life. Students create a ten-question scavenger hunt revolving around their own Fact File Report, and their peers will read their report and answer the questions.

Happy Researching :)
