Whether you test one fact or all facts, this Fact Fluency Data Sheet is the tool you need to keep your data organized. With this data sheet, you can track of monthly fact quizzes, and instantly be notified if your students are fluent in each fact type (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division),if they're partially fluent, or if they are in need of intervention.
The sheet is fully customizable. You choose what "fluency" and "partially fluent" means for your class/school. On the overview sheet (click the tab on the bottom of the workbook) you can edit all of the red cells. The fluency parameters are in the top right corner. Once you set them, every quiz you give will be scored based on what you think fluent means.
While most teachers will give fact fluency assessments that have the same number of questions, this data sheet allows for variety. For each month, just enter the number of questions for each assessment, and all the calculations will be done for you!
Please note, that the overview page shows the students' best score. This means that if they scored 100% in December, and then 90% in January, the overview page will display their best score (100%).
Remember, all red cells are editable, along with the "Raw Score" columns under each month's separate worksheet (the tabs at the bottom of the workbook).
*Each worksheet is password protected to prevent accidentally deletion of formulas. If you're comfortable with editing excel files, you can unlock the sheet using the password: password. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me!
