Students practice fact fluency by working with 10 frames, number bonds, and number sentences. Students can be given any number between 0 and 10. Students complete the ten frame asking themselves, "How many more to make 10?" They complete the number bond with 10 being the whole number and writing the two addends in the lower circles. Then students write the two addition and two subtraction sentences (fact families) to build number sense and understand the relationship between addition and subtraction.
Print these and put in sheet protectors using a dry erase marker for repeated use! Teachers can also use this to help solve word problems! I have another template for fact fluency to 20, if you'd like that one as well!
