This fact sheet presents the signs, symptoms dangers of binge drinking. Binge drinking is drinking fast and heavy to get drunk as quickly as possible, and repeating this behavior two or more times a month. A binging episode is defined as five or more alcoholic beverages in less than two hours for males and four or more in the same time span for women. This fact sheet is a good tool for parents as well as school counseling programs.
