That's a fact, Jack! Or is it an opinion? In this activity students will read each card to determine whether the statement is indeed a fact or just one man's opinion.
1. Print and laminate all materials for durability.
2. Cut apart cards and mix or shuffle them.
3. Turn them face down and have student draw the top card, read it, and sort it onto the appropriate "mat".
Students can play alone or in pairs/small groups and take turns drawing, reading and sorting the cards.
