This worksheet allows students to graph quadratic functions that begin in factored form. I use it as a supplement to Chapter 5 of my Prentice Hall Algebra 2 book and Chapter 10 of my Prentice Hall Algebra 1 book.
It also asks for key features of the function such as: x-intercepts, y-intercepts, vertex, domain and range.
It also asks students to translate between forms: factored, vertex, and standard.
It is meant to go beyond the book to hit the common core standards more completely.
