This activity combines factoring quadratics and solving quadratics of the form ax^2+bx+c when a>1. Students will see several examples of Perfect Square Trinomials, Difference of Two Squares, and factoring the GCF patterns. There are also several examples that can't be factored. There is also a bonus slide of 4 problems that will challenge even your most advanced students!
Like the first set, this is also a Task Card activity. This activity can be used as practice review or to help enforce concepts when being introduced.
Worked out solution key is included (4 page key)
