This is a review game played in teams of four reviewing all types of factoring. There are 7 rounds and the rounds increase in difficulty. Topics covered in each round: factoring out the GCF (2 rounds), factoring a difference of two squares (1 round), factoring a trinomial where a = 1 (2 rounds), factoring a trinomial where a does not equal 1 (1 round) and factoring completely (1 round).
Each round consists of 4 similar questions. Each student factors one question. Students work in teams of 4 to try to accumulate the most points. This is an excellent review game for a factoring unit. Students love it! Directions and Key included. 9 pages.
