When students master factoring, I have them work in small groups of 2-3 students on this challenging Tarsia problem. Students work together to fit the pieces of the puzzle together into a diamond shape. I have also included a blank diamond shape if you'd like to try to write in your own problems!
This is a great activity for Differentiation. Sometimes my weaker students need a bit more practice with Factoring, and I am able to keep the students that have already mastered factoring engaged and excited about learning.
