This is a two-page test over factoring polynomials. The first 18 questions ask the students to factor completely. These questions are mixed together and cover GCF (Greatest Common Factor) factoring, trinomials factoring (a = 1 & a > 1), a difference of two squares and two questions that involve factoring completely by first pulling out the GCF and then continuing to factor. One questions is prime (a sum of two squares).
The last 4 questions are application questions in that the area of a square or rectangle is given along with one side length and the student is asked to find the other side length.
Two forms of the test included as well as a key.
