There are many ways to use this PowerPoint which covers CCSS 4.OA.4 It teaches factors, multiples, prime and composite numbers. It can be broken into 1, 2, or 3 separate math lessons. There are 4 posters and 4 worksheets for independent practice included.
Slides 3-10 teach how to find factors and then how to determine common factors. The worksheet on slide 25 (answer key on slide 26) goes with this opening lesson. There is a ‘Finding Factors’ poster located on slide 21.
Slides 11-12 teach prime or composite numbers. The worksheet on slide 27 (answer key on slide 28) and posters on slides 23 and 24 go with this lesson.
Slides 13-20 teach finding multiples. The worksheet on slide 29 (answer key on slide 30) and poster on slide 22 go with the multiples lesson.
Slide 31 is a review of all 3 lessons (answer key on slide 32).
