These 24 cards help students to practice identifying factors and multiples of numbers from one to 12. Use these cards for quiz-quiz-trade, flashcards, fan-n-pick, math station flashcards, and even homework. Half of the cards ask students to identify multiples. Half ask them to list factors and label numbers as prime or composite. To increase the depth of knowledge, students are also asked to explain why each number is prime or composite.
To use, I recommend printing on card stock. After cutting on horizontal lines, fold the cards in half and use a spot of glue or tape to hold the fold. If you are hoping to keep the cards for the long-haul, laminate.
