### PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This set helps students see the connection between multiplication facts, factors, and whether a number is prime or composite. All facts for numbers 1-100 are included as well as header cards with numbers 1-100 for sorting.

I expect to use this as a center where students will receive a set of 10 header cards and corresponding multiplication facts. The student will sort the header cards from least to greatest and write them on the recording sheet.

Next, they will match the corresponding facts and write them in the chart beside the numbers. They will use this information to determine the factors and whether the number is prime or composite and write this on the recording sheet as well.

A reference sheet is included for you that lists the facts, factors and prime/composite for all numbers 1-00.

This activity addresses the Common Core Standard 4.OA4: Find all factor pairs for a whole number in the range 1–100. Recognize that a whole number is a multiple of each of its factors. Determine whether a given whole number in the range 1–100 is a multiple of a given one-digit number. Determine whether a given whole number in the range 1–100 is prime or composite.

*Please note there is one blank page that I can't seem to remove from the pdf file. I haven't included it in the page count.*
