Hand written shout outs are the most thoughtful way to speak to the heart. Simply print the binder pages and put them in a binder. There's a cover page for the outside of the binder. An instruction sheet goes on the first page. There's also a list to write one's name once they have received a shout out. Fun posters are also included so that they can hang them on their classroom door to show that they've already been shouted out!
I cry every time we do this. Even grown men come to my office in tears saying that they were caught off guard by the words of their peers.
This is a fun way to spread cheer and make the faculty and staff feel appreciated.
