There is one close reading exercise for each part of the novel to help direct students to some of the key passages in each section of the novel. They require both a reading of the text and text to self and text to world analysis. The final exercise for part 3 not only requires a textual analysis of the novel excerpt, but requires students to complete a project in which they act on the advice that Granger gives Montag by looking to their own elders for guidance and to reflect on their own past.
Everything you need to complete these exercises is included - no prep for you. Just print and go.
