This is an activity that ask students to evaluate and think critically about the fairy tales of "Puss and Boots" and "Jack and the Beanstalk". The activity involves reading the stories (not provided) and then evaluating them in terms of what values they teach children and whether or not they should be kept on the "shelf" of children's literature.
