Page two has a schedule that is sent to parents a week or two before the week designated for conferences. To personilze this sheet input times that you would be available and grey out the ones you will not. Make sure to place the date underneath the day of the week to specify when the conferences will happen.
Page three is a confirmation sheet with a space at the time to fill in when the scheduled conference is and when you will need the information sheet is due back to you. The information sheet will allow the parents to ask you questions they may have before the conference so you can better prepare your answers for the conference day.
Page four is a conference schedule sheet for you to keep track of all the dates, times and students that have signed up for a conference.
Page five is a reminder apple that can be sent home the day before each conference.
Page six is a conference sheet that can be personalized for each student to organize all the information you wish to share with the parents/guardians the day of the conference.
