Use this craftivity to help you students learn about factors and multiples while creating a fall scene. The alliteration of factor feathers and multiple maize can be referred to in order to help them remember the difference between factors and multiples.
Factor Feathers - Match the factor pairs by coloring the feathers the same. Differentiate the activity by assigning students the number they will be finding their factors for. Print on colored paper, copy on white paper and have students color, or make tracers and cut out construction paper.
Multiples Maize - Have your students create as many corn stalks as you would like. Differentiate the activity by giving students larger numbers to create their multiples.The product includes black lines for the entire stalk as well as black lines for the ears and stalks separately.
There are two different sizes of the turkey so that you can decide the size of your students fall scenes.
