These daily holiday-themed questions, featuring sight words and picture cues, allow your class to “check in” each day by sharing their response to a fun daily question. The 50 questions include Halloween, Thanksgiving and many more September, October, and November holidays.
The 50 questions in this set contain pictures cues and use many high frequency words, encouraging beginning readers to read the questions independently. Most are yes/no questions, but a few have different responses. Each question is provided in two formats: pocket chart cards and sign-in sheets. Choose the format that works best for your class.
This set of questions allows students to share their response with a name card in a pocket chart. (Response cards are 3.5"X3.5"). After responding to the questions, the information can later be used to create graphs and compare responses. This is a great way to make graphing meaningful to students!
The Spring Holidays Version of this set includes 50 questions relating to popular holidays in March, April and May, including:
These are completely NEW questions and would be a perfect supplement to the set of 30 Fall Questions.
