Are you looking for entertaining and engaging morning work? These Fall Morning Tubs are fun, hands-on activities used to learn and review literacy and math concepts. This set of Autumn Morning Tubs includes 5 literacy and 5 math morning tubs that are perfect for children around the ages of 4-6.

What's Included:

Literacy Morning Tubs:

☼ Acorn Letter Match Puzzles:

Your students will sort through the acorn pieces and identify the lowercase and capital letters. They will match the lowercase and capital letters together to make the acorn.

☼ Pumpkin Letter Writing:

Your students will select a card and identify the letter on it. They will then trace over the capital and lowercase letter using a dry erase marker.

☼ Squirrel Onset & Rime Match:

Your students will select a squirrel picture card and identify the picture on it. They will then find the two acorn cards for the onset and rime and match them to the squirrel.

☼ Pumpkin CVC Match:

Your students will select a wagon card and read the CVC word on it. They will then find the pumpkin with the picture of the word and match the pumpkin and wagon together.

☼ Pumpkin Patch Sight Word Game:

Your students will select a sight word card and read the word. They will then move their game piece on the game board and take turns until they read all of the words.

Math Morning Tubs:

☼ Pumpkin Shape Patterns:

Your students will select a pumpkin shape pattern card and name the shapes that make up the pattern. They will then identify the ABAB pattern and draw the next two shapes in the pattern.

☼ Pumpkin Counting Ten Frame:

Your students will select a Pumpkin Counting Ten Frame Mat and identify the number. They will then fill in the number and the ten frame (to represent that number) with play dough.

☼ Fall Missing Number Clip Cards:

Your students will select a card and identify the missing number from 1 to 10. They will then place a clothes pin on the missing number.

☼ Fall Leaves Subitizing Sort:

Your students will select a bare tree mat and identify the number word on it. They will then sort through the leaves and find the domino, number, counting fingers, tally marks, and ten frame for the number on the bare tree mat.

☼ Adding To 10 Pumpkin Patch:

Your students will select a pumpkin patch addition mat and count the number of pumpkins in the patch. They will then use pom poms, candy pumpkins, or other counting manipulative to add on to 10.
