This packet is filled with great ways to practice subtraction this fall. I
Fall subtraction wheels– You will need 8 clothespins for this activity. Put one number on each clothespin(1-8). It will work best to copy these on cardstock and laminate. Students can use a dry erase marker to cross out the correct number on each part of the circle. Students subtract the middle number. Students find the answer to the subtraction problem and clip the clothespin on the outside.
Fall Subtraction– Students use the subtraction problem and cross out the correct number of objects in each box. Then write the answer on the line.
Fall subtraction pictures– Print and laminate all the cards. Students pick a card and write the equation on the paper according to the pictures on the cards. There are two different recording sheets to choose from.
Fall Story problems– There are six story problems pages. I also included a blank page so student can create their own story.
This packet will help students learn, review and assess subtraction.
