This resource is designed to provide a fun way for students to practice addition using the math strategy of doubles +1. Students move their game pieces around the game board by rolling the dice and solving the addition problem they land on. It is a game that students can use independently with a partner or with a group during math centers. It can also be used by a general education or special education teacher with a group of students who may be struggling with addition using the math strategy of doubles +1 but who are motivated by learning games. Great for special education students who have IEP goals in the area of math calculation or computation.
Intended for grades K-2.
