Falling Objects Activity Bundle

Description

Every wonder how fast falling balls accelerate towards the ground? It is a very difficult process to find the acceleration due to gravity having someone stand on top of a chair and drop and object while you time how long it takes to hit the ground. The percent error is quite large. So my students and I decided to drop balls from heights ranging from 3-5 meters, so the percent error would drop a bit. Download this word document to access the lab experiment. There is also a video of us dropping the balls if you want to complete this activity without even leaving your room or for students who are absent. Buying this bundle will save you a buck!
