This lesson is designed for the youngest learners of Chinese from 5-9 year-old children. There are plenty of coloring, matching, search activities - to make the learning process fun and engaging. It has colorful flashcards, worksheets for coloring characters, big posters with characters. Sheets for handwriting practicing for each character and lots of worksheets to remember the words.

The targeted vocabulary is - father, mother, elder sister, elder brother, younger sister, younger brother, grandparents from both sides. I used 姥姥 and 老爷 as it is used in Beijing, but if you want me to make the cards with 外婆, 外公 - feel free to contact me and I will send it to you within 24 hours. I also included the list of the songs about the family with active links on youtube and some ideas on flashcard games and activities.
