Holiday projects have never been easier! This I Love My Family Paper Bag Book project is the perfect way to help your students show how much they care about their families while creating a lifelong keepsake that every family is sure to cherish. Each page of this book allows students to express how they feel about those people in their lives that they consider family. It is very open-ended, allowing for the students to include any and all people they think of as "family". This makes for a wonderful holiday gift (Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc...) from students to parents.

Included in this resource:

  • All printable pages that the students will need for this 8 page booklet
  • Digital links to those same pages (in case you would like kids to type their work)
  • Two styles of pages (one with lines and one without)
  • A lesson guide
  • Step-by-step instructions for assembling the paper bag book
  • Examples of completed pages for your reference

This easy to assemble book uses simple lunch-sized paper bags (that you provide) to create several pockets that house additional pieces to show families how much they are loved by the students.

NO paper bags are included in this resource. You will only find the printable pages that the students will glue on to the paper bags. This resource is available digitally, but is NOT editable.

This classroom tested project is something I have used in my own classroom with great success.

Prep is easy and painless. Everything you need for a winning holiday project is here! The students will walk away with a treasured gift they will love giving to their family members.
