Family Recipes: Practice with Spanish Commands

Would you like authentic recipes for your students to practice with Spanish commands? My mother and I have gathered our Argentine family recipes to create this amazing project called "Cocina de mamá - Recetas de nuestro hogar" to practice Spanish commands. Students practice with commands in Spanish while taking a look at our family’s best recipes. This resource includes a PDF document with 20 pages that can be used digitally or printed. It covers over 60 minutes of class, no prep needed.

Practice with Commands in Spanish

The project is divided into four parts, each with its own challenge where students practice Spanish commands. The last challenge is for students to write their own family recipe and explain why it's important to them. At the end, you'll also find a bilingual Spanish to English glossary of kitchen verbs and a recipe on how to be a successful Spanish student.

Practice Commands in Spanish with our Family Recipes

We've kept it short and sweet! All the recipes have been shortened to make it easier for students to work with them, which guarantees focus stays on the verbs. This resource is structured like a book. It is divided in parts 1, 2, 3 and 4, and each chapter has a different challenge.
